Description

This exquisite piece features a multigenerational calcite formation, complete with all its faces and black inclusions. The calcite has two distinct generations: the first is transparent with a phantom visible within, while the second is more substantial and contains a quartz pseudomorph. Both generations have a sugar-like coating. The calcite is nestled within a polished amethyst 'Rainbow' sculpture, which has a banded agate 'helmet' and retains its volcanic basalt matrix. When viewed through the amethyst crystals, a soft mint-green background is visible.
